Another Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookie

I will never get tired of chocolate on chocolate. I’m going to be making these for our Labor Day barbecue this weekend. Enjoy!

Marye always comes up with killer substitutions! These look great, Heather. And since you love “chocolate on chocolate”, I’ll be making French Chocolate Macaroons later this week, w/ a ganache filling that’s really versatile, and you could sandwich it between two of these cookies incase you’re revived after Marye’s death by chocolate and come back for more. :)

    Heather-
if you substitute Hershey’s Dark Cocoa for the regular cocoa…and use part dark chooclate chips and part milk chocolate chips and part semisweet chocolate chips you will have a death by chocolate chocolate chip cookie. Trust me on this one.
