
Nothing says autumn and winter cooking quite like steaming stews and casseroles on the dinner table! And nothing makes it easier to go directly from stove top or oven right to the table than gorgeous enameled cast iron pots and pans. There are a plethora to choose from, so I thought I’d just share some pretty ones that caught my eye. I don’t happen to own any of them though. Yet.
One tip that I’ve learned about choosing quality cast iron is to look for seamless construction: it should all be cast in one piece if possible.
