Just. Plain. Smart.
Smart design indeed. The Combo Lid/Spoon Rest solves my own personal problem of where to put the dripping lid when not in use. It’s hot, so I can’t just hold onto it, and if I need to use it again, it can’t be just tossed into the sink. Since it’s dirty and wet, I can’t just put it on the counter, unless I awkwardly flip it over. You know? Great piece of design, this one indeed.

That is definitely an excellent idea! I usually end up perching my lids just over the sink in case I need it again, but that still leaves a mess. This looks like the perfect solution.
