    I think the chocolate’s consistency/hardness is very important for the mill and shaver. If you’re using some other type chocolate than what the tool is designed for, you may need to do something a bit different, e.g. putting in the freezer for a few minutes

    I like the mill a lot, and haven’t had the clogging problems that others reported (though not everyone seemed to agree). I wonder if it depends upon the temperature how well the mill works? :-)

    As for the thermometer, I don’t have one, but there is only one person who wrote anything, and the company responded.

    Checking the websites for several of these gadgets, particularly the chocolate spatula and the chocolate mill, folks have not had good results. Have you had more success? Thanks for any advice.
