A blog carnival is basically a collection of postings from around the blogosphere which have a common theme. Anyone with a blog can submit a post to be listed, and all the chosen submitted posts will be presented on a particular day on the host’s blog. Blog carnivals are a great way to get more exposure for your blog (by participating) and to discover other great new blogs to read. Vegetarian carnivals will be held approximately twice a month, and submissions can be made here.
Let me know if you have any questions, and also let me know if you’d be interested in hosting a future edition of the Vegetarian Carnival at your blog. I’m looking forward to reading the submissions!
How do I participate?
- Write a blog post about a topic that relates to vegetarianism. You can share a recipe, write a restaurant review, talk about why you are a vegetarian… anything that is connected to the topic. (See this post for more guidelines about what to submit – and what not to.)
- Submit a link to your post as well as the other required info via this page for the Vegetarian Carnival. The post you submit should be recent (written within the past couple weeks), but the carnival host may include older posts, too, at her/his discretion. Only one post should be submitted per person per carnival.
- Check out the round-up post that will appear on the host’s blog shortly after the submission deadline. Click through the links to discover new blogs by people who share your interest in vegetarianism. Leave comments and link to your favorites. A link back to the carnival from your blog is appreciated, but not required for participation.
How do I host?
If you are interesting in hosting an edition of the vegetarian carnival on your blog, send me an email [jul at b5media dot com]. In general, it is a good idea for a blogger to have participated in the carnival before hosting.

My neighbor and I have been simply debating this specific topic, he is often seeking to show me incorrect. Your view on that is nice and precisely how I actually feel. I just now mailed him this site to point out him your own view. After wanting over your web site I book marked and can be coming again to read your new posts!
