Watch Chocolate Being Made Live!

Charles Chocolates has set up a camera in their kitchen! The cam info page says:

“We are making chocolates in our kitchen 7 days a week. Sunday and Monday are slower days with about 10 candymakers working from 8AM – 5PM (PST). Tuesday – Saturday we have 25 people in the kitchen on a split shift schedule.

“All of our candymakers start at 6AM, with the full crew starting at 8AM (PST). We finish for the day at 5PM.”

Now if only there were tighter shots of the chocolate, it’d be perfect!
