5 ways to help a child with a migraine

Yes, children can have headaches. And yes, children can – and do – get migraines. The problem is, often the migraines aren’t recognized, the child isn’t believed, or the child is believed and it is recognized, but no-one knows what to do.

If you know of a child who has migraines, I want to point you in the direction of Diana Lee’s great post, 5 ways to comfort the child with migraines.

In the post she recommends not only some things you can do, but some products that may help relieve the pain and a couple of books that may help explain to a child what is going on.
