Here’s a menu for a gourmet Valentine’s dinner for two. From an Escargot appetizer, and Filet Mignon stuffed with Oysters wrapped in bacon, to fresh strawberries topped with some homemade almond whipped cream and raspberry sauce. Sounds wonderful!

I think I might have to make the strawberry dessert just because. It sounds wonderful, and I’m all about the dessert.
