Ok, you want to know how to go green to save your heart? How about a salad a day, that’s green, right? And no, don’t use the blue cheese dressing! And then there is always the green apple, zucchini, spinach, only non coumadin user please, and broccoli. All are rich in vitamins and minerals that keep us ticking.

Add a little Olive Oil to a hot skillet, saute white onion to it looks good to you.
Add nice green zucchini and place top over pan on warm, steam away!
I just add Mrs. Dash and pepper and eat it up!
