Harvest Party Treat- Hot Raspberry Cider

raspberry cider It’s a new twist on an old favorite. Hot Raspberry Cider is wonderful for a fall harvest party, a Halloween party, or to warm you up at a tailgate party.

Here’s the recipe:

Hot Raspberry Cider

8 cups of apple cider or apple juice

1 cup of frozen raspberry juice concentrate, thawed

1/4 cup sugar

1 cinnamon stick

Combine all the ingredients in a 4 quart pan. Heat over medium heat, and stir occasionally until the mixture starts to simmer. Reduce the heat and simmer 10 more minutes. Remove from heat, and remove the cinnamon stick before serving hot. Makes about 8 cups. Enjoy!

If your going to a tailgate party, put it in a thermos to keep it warm.
