Random thoughts, Monday edition

Random thought #1 – if your lower back hurts, that’s likely not a good time to start decluttering your house and doing a major, major cleaning.

Random thought #2 – if your lower back hurts, that’s likely not a good time to lift heavy furniture because you don’t feel like waiting for five minutes for your husband or one of your sons to help out.

Random thought #3 – if your lower back hurts, falling down the stairs won’t help.

Sigh

Added at the last minute:

Random thought #4 - how the heck can my Wii Fit age be 33 last week (Wii Fit report) and*50* last night?? The stupid machine even congratulated me for being only three years above my real age. Harumph. And then it tells me I’ve gained weight since last week? The nerve! I’ve been working my behind off between the Wii, my walks and the household cleaning and decluttering weekend. I dare that machine to tell me that again tomorrow. I just dare it!! {insert evil laugh….}

    Hi Karen, thanks for posting. The lower back pain does sound different but it could be caused by any number of things, I think. My first two thoughts were muscle pain and kidney pain.

    I hope you’re all better now.

    My entire household was hit by some virus that caused nausea/vomiting, diarreah and strangely enough, severe back pain. Does anyone know what this virus is?
