Sherry Shepherd has been a curvy girl and embraces her body, but she’s also recently got in fantastic shape. She was inspired to work out to be able to see her son grow up and be an active part of his life. She is down to 159 pounds and has only been working out with a new routine for three months.

She’s lost weight everywhere, but kept her curvy figure, stating that her measurements are 40-33-37. (And that’s after losing four inches from her chest.)
Her secret was good old fashioned diet and exercise. She got food delivered from Fresh Diet, and also met with a personal trainer “four times a week for hour-long workouts.”
