I am pleased to announce a contest at Our One Heart in honour of Thanksgiving in the United States.
You can enter the contest by leaving a comment on this post on what YOU are thankful for this year and how you’re going to celebrate it.
For this year, I am thankful for the following:
- my family’s love and support for everything that I do.
- our life as we know it. I know we are luckier than most people and for that I am grateful.

I am thankful that my family are all home and safe this year for Thanksgiving. We are going to celebrate Thanksgiving with a big family reunion of about 35 people. Thanks for the cfontest.

With the economy as it is right now, I am thankful that my family is able to have a thanksgiving dinner. I know that many are suffering and I am sad that many people are not going to have a happy holiday because of the economy.

I am thankful that I have a husband who is active and engaged in our family life and that our kids are benefitting from having two involved parents.

I am thankful for my family and friends. I am also thankful for knowing my friend Cathy for the time I did. She passed away November 20 with all her family and friends with her. Thank you Cathy for being my friend.
