- French fries
- Donuts
- Chips (potato and corn)
- Soda (including diet soda)
- Snack cakes
- Candy bars
- Pork rinds (ick!)
- Fat-free cookies
- Crackers
- Pretzels
Runner up: Sugary, fatty coffee drinks.

I have to admit, I was suprised to see pretzels on the list. But remember, sometimes a lesser evil will keep you from digging ino the stuff that’s truly terrible for your body. Healthwise, if you had to choose between french fries and pretzels, I’d say you should go for the pretzels.
