Kissing is one of those things that most people associate with a very close personal, positive experience. An X-Ray photograph, while certainly personal, usually feels clinical and cold to me. It’s all bones and ghostly outlines in sterile black & white. This photo’s juxtaposition of medium and subject matter is just fantastic.

I stumbled across this online as just a pure image link. Backtracking through the directory leads to a VERY (You’ve been warned) NSFW menu of X-ray photos.
I’m now in a very strange place between freaked out and turned on. Oh, and all the playful fun of the first kiss image has now been replaced with a Nine-Inch-Nails-like feeling of creeping weirdness. Anyone with me?
