Here’s an easy recipe that works especially well for busy days. The best part? The entire dish can be made with one pot. There’s no need to brown the pork chops, either. Simply put them in and let the crock pot do all the work.

Ingredients:
3-4 Pork Chops
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Can Cream of Celery Soup
3 Stalks of Celery, chopped
1 Medium Onion, chopped
1 (4 oz Can) Mushroom Slices
Nonstick Cooking Spray
1 1/4 Cups Rice
Salt and Pepper
Spray inside of slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Salt and pepper pork chops to taste, and place in bottom of slow cooker. Place celery, onion, and mushrooms over pork chops. Pour both cans of soup over all. Cook on low for 7 1/2 hours or high for 3 1/2 hours.
If you’ve had the slow cooker on low, turn it to high. Add rice and mix ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook for half an hour more. Serve.
The recipe makes a rich, delicious sauce that compliments the pork chops perfectly. Watch out for bones, as pork will be well done. Serve rice mixture over pork chops and enjoy.
