In another fine example of local government demonstrating leadership skills far beyond that of its federal counterparts, the city of Denver, Colorado is initiating a project to build one of the first muni-owned solar power plants in the US.
Plans are for a facility that will generate enough juice to power more than 1,000 homes. Xcel Energy will act as the distributor, buying the electricity from the city and reselling to consumers.

Here is a fix for Link Farm Evolution that replaces their captcha system with decaptcher.com’s
Just get the file:
http://www.mediafire.com/file/9lzvn9n86wbxzcg/captchaCracker.inc.zip
Then do this:
1. Edit the new file adding your decaptcher username and password
2. Save it
3. Open your LFE Installation, navigate to /includes
4. Make a BACKUP of captchaCracker.inc.php
5. Replace includes/captchaCracker.inc.php with this new file.
