One of the items that is a staple in my bag is a nice cosmetic bag. It houses all my skin care and make up goodies, and makes sure that nothing leaks onto my clothes.
This black zippered bag from Beautyfix is a perfect size, small enough to fit in your bag and big enough to keep everything inside. And best of all – it comes loaded with wonderful beauty goodies. The bag and the goodies inside are not a permanent fixture in my suitcase.
Here’s what you’ll find inside the cosmetic bag:
- Amarte: Aqua Veil Pure Hydration Serum, a light cucumber fragranced serum that is designed to hydrate the skin, and Natural Wonder Cream a hydrating moisturizer.

- Kronos: Phyx is an overnight repair mask for your hair. Massage it into your hair, letting it soak in overnight, and wash out the next day. Your hair will feel softer and healthier. Doesn’t leave residue on your linens either! (This is my favorite product of the bunch!)
- MLab: Anti-Aging Treatment Cream is the crème de la crème of skins creams, adding clinically active ingredients to repair your skin. It will help make your complexion look brighter and your wrinkles look smoother.
- PCA: Skin pHaze 9 Purifying Mask exfoliates with a rich antioxidant formula, and moisturizes with a variety of essentials oils. Put it on, let it sit for a few minutes, and then remove with warm water. You’ll feel refreshed.
- PerriconeMD Cosmeceuticals: Firming Neck Therapy will help smooth the aging skin on our neck. Just because we’re getting older doesn’t mean we need to resign ourselves to that crepey neck look.
- Redpoint: NOC-Out Cover-Up Compact neutralizes and conceals skin imperfections with its three shades of concealer. Mix and match to create the perfect shade.
- Sensa: A 15-day trial of a new weight-loss product that you sprinkle on your meals and snacks. Use one powder formula for sweet foods, another for savory. I haven’t tried this product yet, but am curious to see how it works.
