For those, like me, who enjoy watching Jon and Kate Plus Eight – it seems there’s a few changes a brewing in the upcoming season.
Aunt Jodi will not be back and she’s decided to open up in a tell all blog at Truth Breeds Hatred
According to one blog post, the real reason that Jodi has been cut from the show is the recurring theme orchestrated by Kate, that being control. You have to admit, Kate does seem to be very controlled, organized and delegating in any given episode.

Have you watched Jon and Kate Plus Eight?
I love that show!! I do have to admit though there have been several episodes that left me scratching my head wondering what exactly Kate is doing during the day while Jon is at work.
I’ve seen Kate have people come in to clean, do laundry and help out – but she never seems to look as tired as her husband.
For friendly discussion sake – If you’ve seen the show, I’d like to hear your thoughts on what you’ve personally observed.

I’ve even made a little icon at the top of the Google site on that little bar there so I can just click on it each time. But either way, it should help you be able to get here more quickly. I don’t post much but I do love to see your comments. I spend most of my time at the GWOP board…it’s awesome in its understanding of Kate Gosselin, the mom who thinks she’s so wonderful but who throws her husband under the bus every chance she gets and exploits her children for money. Hey! Sounds like you might have a great group heading on here. I’m unable to publish wherever else due to the fact my password hasn’t arrived nevertheless, but I desired to introduce myself here in this.
Name is Bennett; At present finishing up my Physics Major at OSU, and will possibly continue to be at OSU for my graduate studies. I’m a current convert on the YEC model and I am fairly excited to study far more about it — which is why I’m right here.
I almost certainly won’t article for every week or so, as I’ll be investing my time studying all past messages attempting to get a experience for what has previously been discussed.
I look ahead to debate and discussion.

Hi Phylis. From time to time I check on this and am so surprised to see your post. A nice surprise. Just how did you ever find it? It dwindled down to just a handful of us then most of us couldn’t get into it again. Some are on facebook but I have no idea if they still correspond. We found out a lot about each other – where we live, our families, joyful times, sad times. I live in South Jersey.
Yes, Kate really let money and fame go to her head. I find her extremely irritating to watch and no longer tune into anything she is on. My info is only on the internet now. I see that the state of PA is again investigating the legality of the kid’s working. Too little, too late for the kids. I will check back on here from time to time to see if you come back.
i used to watch the show but could tell the difference when the large $$$$$ started coming in kate is not the star she seem’s to think she is i so enjoy watching TLC but when the other large families are on they have kept their feet on the ground as with the little couple and the roloff’s i’m watching table 4 12 now and really enjoy it no more gosslin’s for me

It popped right up. Then to register I used deedee and gave a fictitious password. (I was concerned about using my real password). If Stillcrazy is on FB with any of us old buddies and can’t get into this tell her to try this. Hope this works for us – and keeps working!
Not sure but I may watch DWTS tomorrow night. The dance is the fox trot. Not sure if all dancers will do the same dance but I think they should to make the judging more fair. My favorite is Evan. OH, yes, that Dexter is so cute.
Yippee! My blog went through. We have been so busy but doing what I do not know. Always things to do when we have a house – like all of you already know. Oh, when I had the thyroid removed they damaged one nerve to the vocal cord so now I have to see a speach pathologist. I had my first appt. last week and need to do exercises at home. The pathologist said that my voice does not sound all that bad and should improve in time. Get this: I am not supposed to hollar or speak loudly. So now if I get mad I’ll have to just bang my head against the wall. Let all us know what’s been going on in your lives. I pray all is well.
Hi all,anybody out there? Well.Kate will be on Today show tomorrow,tuesday. An interview about her NEW show,book, etc.I am still amazed by the reaction of mothers and others, to her. She is so cold and harsh, I just don’t get it.But I will not watch or read any book she writes. I just can’t wrap my mind around her whole being,her appeal,,I see no appeal in her at all.I find her to be greedy,abrasive and just plain mean spirited. Well,I’m done for now.I’ll check in once in a while if I can get on here.It is sporatic at best.
Hi: this is deedee!! I have been trying and trying to get onto this blog and hopefully this will work and I can again get onto here again!! How about Kate’s dancing? It was good for a laugh. Also her “poor me” and fake crying. Geez. Poor, poor Tony. I hope for his sake she gets voted off. How has everyone been? It’s been so long since I talked to any of you and I have missed all of you. I, too will keep checking in on here. Keep your fingers crossed that I can send this out and get back in again.

Hi all, I’ve tried for 2 months to get on here,I thought it was just gone.I’ve missed you all.Thought I would try on more time and it actually worked.It mustbe karma,kates dancing put it over the top.And speaking of kate dancing,PLEASE,someone tell me what she is doing on this show.She is absolutley aweful ,almost painful to watch.And who ever did her costume this week must not be a fan of hers,cause she looked really bad. Anyway,I’ve missed dissing on her. She needs to go home,well maybe next week she’ll be sent home,I can only dream :)
I agree with you, Deb. Don’t know how Kate will swing (no pun intended) it for the practising and being on the show. Even if Jon steps in to take over with the kids the flying back and forth to LA just does not seem fesible. The trips alone take at least 4-5 hours and that’s without any stop-overs.
O.K. with me if anyone wishes to disagree. I love a debate as long as it’s not sarcastic. :-)
Hi,Deedee, he all is well with you. I have to agree with you and Deb on kates travel and practice schedule.A little much for such a dedicated mother of 8,I mean,how is she managing to do it all??(sarcasm.ooops) Sorry,Deedee. I’ll try to do better. I have watched the DWTS show the last 2 weeks and have enjoyed it just fine till I see Kate and then it’s just painful,uncomfortable to see her try dancing. Some people just can’t do it,I know I can’t, . Anyway,glad to be back.
I for one am doing great. Hope everyone else is the same. So good to get outside and do some yard work. We had a lot of sticks, branches, etc. to be picked up and that is officially my job. O.K. with me because I consider it exercise not work.
I cannot imagine just sitting all day watching TV or on the computer as it is obvious that is how some spend their spare time. Some life.
We are waiting for my sister and her daughter today for a visit. Can’t wait. I have a nice lunch ready then we will visit our 89 year old aunt. We’ll stop for some “goodies” for her – she has a sweet tooth.
I thought it was just a joke but it’s official: Kate will be on Dancing With the Stars. She was on GMA this a.m. with her dancing partner.
When asked how she will handle the show with her already full schedule she said she will commute to LA and practice dancing in her basement.

FINALLY!! I could not get into this site for the life of me. The way I got on here now is through another blog – it’s too complicated to even try explaining.
All this snow is just rediculous. It wasn’t as bad for me not to go anywhere because I still felt weak but for everyone else I know they were climbing the walls.
Have you ladies seen Kate’s new hair-do? It actually looks better than the long hair – straight and shiny. Some of it is still extensions.
From what I have read it appears that Jon and TLC are over law suits. Don’t know what the final agreement was but if they stay out of court then that’s the best thing. How much more tormoil do those poor kids need in their lives?

Haven’t been on here for what seems forever…digging out from the storm. To some it may not seem like much but we got 26 inches. It buried our cars and life literally stopped on Sat….everything closed and the roads were unpassable. Actually yesterday was the first we were able to get out, and even then since the town I live in has become almost a ghost town (no industry or shopping area) I guess they felt even our main roads were’nt a neccessity to clear.We are supposed to get another storm today….10 to 15 inches, honestly I don’t know where we’ll put it!!!!! I love snow but honestly enough is enough already
Haven’t watched the video of Jon but will try later today if I have time. I for one never believed he pulled the plug on the show because of and ephinany….rather because he knew he was goning to be fired. I just gave him credit,, for whatever the reason, stopping what I believe had become harmful for the kids. The father we knew is lost but I believe at some point he will come back, I feel all of his horendos behavior and desicions at some point will catch up to him and he’ll be backed into a corner for which he will have a real ephinany and realize where his true compassion and love lies and that’s with his kids. I truly hope I’m right, and not for the sake of being right rather for his and the kids sake.
On my home page there is a video of Kate and the headline is….Kate cuts off her locks. Haven’t watched it but if that’s true, where is her mind? To spend 7,000 only to toss it in the garbage?????? With these kind of decisions and actions neither one are mature enough to raise 1 child let alone 8!!!
Well I’ll try to get back later, for now I have to get ready for this next round. The kids have been off school and eating us out of house and home, so I have grocery shopping to do and several errands to run. Stay safe and warm.

The deposition secretly took place within the past two weeks and it did not go well for Jon, sources tell RadarOnline.com.
As a result of the deposition, and the other evidence against Jon, the case will settle before its April trial date, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Settlement talks will begin officially within two weeks, RadarOnline.com has learned.
TLC won a preliminary injunction against its former Jon & Kate Plus 8 star last year, forcing him to live up to the terms of his network contract. And despite his lawyers’ public posturing, Jon now knows he can’t win a trial and wants out.

“Jon, and his family, has been hurt badly in terms of money he has had to spend,” another source told RadarOnline.com. “A trial will be very, very expensive for him.”
But a settlement does not mean that Jon & Kate Plus 8 will return to the air. Jon has offered to allow TLC to start filming his children again, but the network doesn’t trust him.

“For TLC this lawsuit wasn’t about getting the show back on the air,” a source close to the situation told RadarOnline.com. “And they don’t want it to appear that it was.”
The network sued Jon for breach of contract because he was making — and being paid for — unauthorized appearances that TLC believed was bringing it negative publicity. He was also giving numerous interviews and slamming the network. When TLC decided to rename the show Kate Plus 8, Jon said the network could no longer film his children.

That forced Jon & Kate Plus 8 off the air. TLC is working on a new project with Kate.
Jon wants a paycheck again, whether it’s from TLC or other projects. And he doesn’t want the huge expense of fighting TLC’s law firm, Williams & Connolly.

I want to stay on this site and I’m almost sure Jen does. The few things nice about FB are, we can chat with each other live and if you post pictures of yourself and family it feels more personel knowing what we look like. We’d even be able to discreetly exchange adresses, and then be able to send each other holiday cards and such. I just think this site might shut down someday and I would hate to loose touch with all of you.

The storm is coming up the coast and we should get hit starting tomorrow night into Sat. Predicting strong winds. Then another snow storm on Tues. It’s the same storm that some of you will get.:-(
Yes, I can still picture Kate at an interview saying how she had bills in her purse that she couldn’t put in the mail. Poor baby.
Wondering what that was about for Kate and Jon to both be home at the same time – changing of the shifts? I know one thing- that if Jon goes back to Kate I will never again feel sorry for him when she berates him.
It could have been something involving the children.
I’m doing a little more each day to build up my strength and eating “mostly” good things. David brought home cinnamon buns – the ones with nuts and raisins and I pigged out on them.
As soon as I sign off I’m going outside to feed the birds and peanuts for the squirrels. Need the fresh air.

Well the storm didn’t hit, supose to start tomorow and go into Sat. Funny note … I was in Target last night and they did have TP on sale and I bought 24 rolls!!!! Guess you could say I’m ready now!!!!!
Saw on Radar that a woman and her daughter broke down in front of the Gosselins driveway. Jon was there with themn waiting for the tow truck and the woman said Kate was but had gone back in. Could it be they have become civilized and are actually trying to get along for the kids sake. I know by no means are we privy to everything but to my knowledge this is the first time there has been mentioned that they are in the house together, other than the twins party. Maybe they are slowly coming to thier senses and realizing
the kids need this kind of behavior from them.

Glad to hear your stiches are out and your whole ordeal is now a memory. Will you have to take synthroid now? Being on it, I can tell you this take it like it is prescribe and try to do it the smae time everyday. If I forget and take it after a big time difference it really upsets my stomach.
Saw the clip your talking about and your right it did look a mess. As I said before I’ve heard extensions are really high maintanence. Wonder if she’s sorry she got them.
We’re bracing for a big snow storm tonight into tomorrow afternoon. The bright side is I don’t have to work or go out in it till Friday, hopefully by then roads will be cleared. Maybe I should run out and buy toliet paper and milk!!!!!

smart ass remark I made, I’ve read both of my posts from today and i can’t find anything. As far as friends in my life it’s really none of your business, I have several lifelong friends and would do anything for them and vice versa. There I hope that fed your curiosity, as Jen said once you seem to enjoy all the name calling bashing, with that said I can’t see YOU having any true friends. Now as we have all said over and over get back to the point of this blog and discuss the two people it is about.
