Well does anyone has an answer for my question? Btw, the shoe is on the other foot now, from what i’ve heard biggles is going to sue the “police” for treating him like they did. He was found NOT guilty of any charges.

You’re here too you clown. I was just looking up liveleaks damage control on the internet and came across this. Why don’t you ask the jack-off who put haydens bald fat ass up here in a baby blog why it’s here.

Can anyone tell me why its wrong for the video to be seen on LiveLeak and on the other hand its been shown on most all the Big news shows on Tv?
I have seen the very same video on CNN and ABC and on the bill oreilly show aswell. and what about youtube, they was the ones that allowed this video to be out there on the internet in the first place.
If ABC and CNN can show it cause it was on liveleak then it should be the same for liveleak to show it bacause it was on youtube, see my point?

This is from Biggles9, about the chain of events that led to his arrest:

“No, after a lot of complaints Hayden called me and I supplied the you tube URL,
Hayden agreed to contact the US and UK authorities to try and find the up loader,
Interpol traced it to Russia but nothing could be done, it was a circus family.
Anyway one month later and $27000 they found me and used me as an example of not what to upload, very grey area, but believe me Hayden did everything in his power to advice the right people but with little response because they didn%u2019t think the video was that bad.

Like I said, it was Hayden who dropped the ball ang got the police invovled. He would have to be a complete fool not to know that biggles9 would also have been a target.

    Hey Bellava,
It’s obvious you’re a liveleak appologist. I am not. And outside of poor moderation, I don’t have a grudge, or a “beef” with them.

I do however have a HUGE problem with video sharing website buring one of their contributers for uploading a video. They went FAR beyond removing a questionable video. They turned it over to the law, and ruined Biggles9′s life. Maybe you’re ok with that, but I’m not. You upload videos to that site all the time. You’d have to be pretty ignorant to trust them now, after what they did.

Again, I’m going off what BIGGKES( has said about it.

HE said it WAS HAYDEN WHO ORIGINALLY CONACTED THE POLICE WITH THE INTENT OF FINDING THE UPLOADER. Period That’s it. Sorry if the facts don’t fit to you’re ideae of reality.

P.S. I don’t care if it is a baby site. Liveleak is very popular, and the people who use it have a right to know what might happen to them if they upoad there.

you do realize you’re trolling a baby blog right hahahahahaha rofl

Of course Hayden says it wasn’t him, Hayden Hewitt is MI5 or MI6. LiveLeak has been a data collection and monitoring site since it was Ogrish back in the day.

Live Leak also deletes posts like:
“Is it true that Hayden Hewwit was the one who contacted the police in the first place?”

I got accused of trolling, posts deleted and banned from posting anymore comments.
I guess asking legitimately important questions that dont fit in with the views of the cowards at LL isnt quite as acceptable as accepting videos of child abuse.

Well they certainly know how to make their members choose a side based on facts, fair evidence and answering questions.
Talk about communism, LL leads the way in censorship of fair opinion and fair comment and question.
Maybe if the admin at LL was a little more sensible they wouldn’t have stitched ‘Biggles9′ up in the first place.

    Dont trust LiveLeak!

    Joe Smith,

It is obvious you have a beef with Live Leak.

In your second comment, you state ” The moderation here is as bad as it is at liveleak”

Apparently, you posted something bad at Live leak and it was rejected, now in order to exact revenge you have come here with lies about Hayden.

Your a pathetic small individual who isn’t smart enough to realize you are cutting off your nose to spite your face.

  13. By bellava

joe smith again..nice trolling LOL, I see you are pooping all over the place on these blogs, butt sore for being banned are you? everyone knows that Hayden Hewitt did not turn him in, and trying to stir up dirt that does not exist is not going to work. Now leave these nice ladies alone. and take your personal vendettas against Liveleak with you .

  14. By Joe Smith

LOL I’m sorry, my bad. The comments I put up didn’t show up till i posted that lase one. Stain on me.

  15. By Joe Smith

You have got to be kidding me. The moderation here is as bad as it is at liveleak. What possible reason couls you have for deleting my comment? there was nothing offensive in it. What a joke.

  16. By joe smith

Actually, I already posted a comment on this.

    As I posted before:
It was hayden hewit who originally CONTACTED THE POLICE in this matter. His intent was to have the uploader apprehended. So now, he and his liveleak lackies are myfied and mad because the police did what they requested? It was the guy who uploaded the video (Illingsworth) who tried to be helpful, and gave the URL to where he had gotten the video from.
HAyden hewwits argument that Illingsworth is innocnet is correct, but not for the reasons he states. It is Hayden who is guilty here. He’s the one who set this whole thing in motion. Had he simply removed the video, it would have ended there. His actions are akin to joe citizen buying drugs on the street, and then taking them to the police and telling them hwhat he had done.
It’s niave at best, and flat out ignorant at worst.

I would strongly suggest that any other liveleak uploaders seriously re-consider using liveleaks site, if this is how it is managed. Anything that hayden may consider suspect, is likely to get you handed over to the law.

What suprises me most about all of this is that it was liveleak who called the police and gave the guy over to begin with. Now, they’re crying foul? What exactly did they think was going to happen? Anyone who uses the site liveleak needs to be aware thof what their local laws are. Because, if liveleak thinks your upload is questionable, they WILL give it over to the police.
