Moms, try easing your PMS

Everyone knows that yoga is calming. In fact, I could use a little yoga myself because I’m a little tense and not showing as much patience as I should with my kids some days, getting a little too “yelly” as my oldest calls it.

However, general all-purpose relaxation aside, yoga is also good for PMS, especially if you follow six specific poses. This is good news for me because my cramps are way more harsh than they were pre-kids. I think I’m going to try these to see if they ease some of the insane discomfort and pain this month since I’m not finding much relief with OTC medication.

    Such a good idea! I have started doing a little yoga for stress relief-it really does work.
