National Delurking Week 2009

It’s that time of year again for National Delurking Week, January 4 to January 10, 2009! Heck, why limit it to the United States? Let’s make it International Delurking Week (that was for you, Half Pint Pixie!)

So if you’re out there but rarely or never comment, please do so now! It’s your chance to say hello, say what you like and don’t like about the blog, and give me the inspiration to keep posting! You can even use a fake email address to comment (personally I like anon@anon.com). Regular commenters are welcome to say hello, too! Thanks everyone — lurkers, de-lurkers and regulars alike — for reading and especially for commenting!

As I sit here watching my 3 yr old DD paint, and feeling my next child within (due Feb 09) kicking away, I try to come up with words saying who I am: Wife, Mama, Advocate and Traveler. I have a blog I started a few months ago which explains more about me @ http://mamaevausa.blogspot.com/
I am glad for blogs like these. Honestly I just got into blogging, RSS feeds, gmail and the like only in the past few months and I already subscribe to about 20 birthing, BFing, and other interest groups, and still find more I like every day!

I just found this site a few days ago and have greatly enjoyed reading past posts. I’ve got an almost 7 month old daughter who is exclusively bf, and I was using this site as a resource because I’m having a hard time at night with her (she likes to sleep-feed I think, nursing every hour sometimes, it seems like she’s using me as a pacifier). I was seeking motivation to keep on bf rather than wean her (like my MIL is pushing) just to get a full nights sleep again. I’ve subscribed to the feed to keep up my motivation. It’s been quite helpful!
