Mackage’s new Packable line of portable rain gear proves that easy packing travel clothes and can be light on weight, but heavy on style and personality.
There are currently two Packable raincoats in the collection:
Doddy (in photo at right) is a cropped and fitted motorcycle-style jacket, with an asymmetrical zipper and puffy shoulders. It has a removable hood and a small packable self pouch at the inside back of the jacket. It sells for $190 CAD.
Shiloh is a thigh length, form-fitting anorak with balloon sleeves. It also has a removable hood, and its packable self pouch is located in the front pocket. It sells for $250 CAD.
Both jackets come in black, sizes XXS to L. They are 100% nylon, although Mackage recommends that they be dry cleaned by a leather specialist.
