Many homeowners have been eyeing solar power as a good source of energy. However, not all have the financial capability to get themselves some solar panels. Now, such is also being shared by schools.
In Elland, one school is looking at solar panels to help them in saving up on their electricity bills. This school is the Old Earth Primary School.
According to one of the officials of the school, they are hoping for a solar project and are hoping that they would be able to push this one through. They say that they are looking at covering around a third of their roof with solar panels. That whole area would mean having to put in around 56 units of solar panels. Now that would give the school around 7500 kW of power.
They are currently looking for grants which would help them push on with this solar project. I wish you guys luck.
