This Solar Plane Can Fly For Months

This is no ordinary plane. It can fly high above the clouds for months on end. It can also fly without having to go back down to earth for some fuel. And it is a spy plane.

A group of British scientists created this spy plane which runs using solar power. And this has actually just smashed the record of an aircraft which has gone flying for the longest period of time. This plane has been in the air for three days and a half.

It has been named the Zephyr and if properly developed, this would surely be helping out with military intelligence. Imagine it flying over territories to check out what is happening. And just think that it does not need a pilot to stay in the air nor does it need to refuel. All it needs is the sun and the solar panels on its wings.

I can pretty much see what the future has got in store for this craft.
