Just tonight, I baked an apple pie. It took 40 minutes in my oven. Now, if I had a TurboChef Speedcook Oven, it would have been done in an unbelievable 12 minutes.
That’s right. The Speedy Gonzales of home ovens has arrived. The sleek-looking Speedcook Oven was a hit during its unveiling at the 2006 Kitchen & Bath Industry Show in Chicago. It has easy to use features and a contemporary design that will complement today’s high-tech kitchens. But that’s all icing on the cake. The biggest draw is the oven’s high performance “Airspeed Technology” that will enable a home cook to have a 12-lb. turkey roasted and ready in 42 minutes. That’s a whole lot of minutes less than the traditional 3-4 hours needed.
The 30″ Double Wall Speedcook Oven has both a top and bottom cook cavity. The bottom cavity, a traditional convection oven, cooks with the quality performance you would expect from other high-end ovens. But the top cook cavity is what makes this oven a standout in the world of cooking. It incorporates our remarkable Airspeed Technology – previously available only to commercial restaurants – that can prepare food with exquisite quality, up to 15 times faster than a conventional oven.
Oh, and did I mention that the upper door can be color-customized? Shown above is “Thermal Red”.
Talk about “fast food”!
